Arrived undamaged because packaging was appropriate. Also arrived on time. The pen was a bit of a gamble for me because I couldn't find our much about it prior to purchase. Nevertheless, since it is a Diplomat NOS with a gold nib, I thought it worth a chance at the price. Glad I pulled the trigger. It is even better than described in that it writes amazingly well and feels just right to me. Bob is great to deal with and his merchandise never disappoints. It was neat having the original box.
