Communicates very well as he took the time to describe the process of packaging the item, making sure he sent it with no errors and as I received the item, it was well packaged as he stated he had. Item looks marvelous and I hung it right after taking it out of the box owing to how wonderful it looks. Normally I wait for a week or two to decide how and where I want to place the item.
