They are new, but one no longer has the original paper retail cards attached (NWOT - new without tag). Just the shams are included in this listing (no inserts). Listing Details: Sham S ize: Standard (accommodates a 20" x 26" pillow insert) Sham has a 2" flange all the way around the pillow sham making the overall dimensions 4" wider and taller than the pillow size shown above. If I grant a return authorization, it will always be under these terms: 1) you will need to pay return shipping, 2) The item must be returned in the EXACT SAME CONDITION that it was shipped 3) initial shipping fees are not refundable & 4) the refund will be equal to the purchase price, less shipping, & less a 25% restocking fee. If any of these conditions are not met, the item will be returned to you and the refund forfeited. Expensive or rare items will be shipped out with a signature service. Should any damage of an item be incurred during shipping, it is the responsibility of the buyer to document the damage with clear picture for me to file a claim within 48 hours of receipt.
