The item's description stated it was made of resin than further on it said it was made of clay dough. I reached out for clarification. I had to reach out several times before the seller replied. I placed the order but received no notice of shipment and again had to reach out several times before he responded. The item was well packaged and as described. It cost more than similar items purchased and the customer service was less than other sellers.
