Communication and shipping were good. The sheets are nice, but the flat sheet is printed upside down, which wasn't disclosed in the description. On receipt, when I pointed that out to the seller, he said he hadn't disclosed the imperfection because he hadn't ben aware of it. I believe him, but no effort offered to adjust the the price.
