The item was exactly as described. They were everything I hoped they would be. I ordered it late in the afternoon and the seller had it in the mail the next day. I received it on the day it was scheduled to be delivered. I had been a little concerned about the packaging of a rather fragile item, but saw on previous reviews that their items were packed well. OVER THE MOON! Arrived better than described. Arrived in 6 days, excellently packaged, thoughtful note written on shipping manifest. Communicated with seller about shipping costs in advance and they offered to adjust shipping costs and refund me the difference. Excellent seller who I hope to buy more from in the future. My most costly pair of shoes so far, and worth every penny!
