I HAD T RETURN THEM DUE TO INCORRECTLY SIZE IN DESCRIPTION AND I EMAIL THEM TO LET THEM KNOW AND THEY GOT RIGHT BACK WITH ME AND TOLD ME TO GO TO EBAY AND START A FREE RETURN LABEL. I WOULD LOVE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN WHEN I FIND SOMETHING TO BUY,. I GAVE THEM A 10+++++++. SO GREAT TO DEAL WITH. THE MISTAKE WAS SOMETHING ANY ONE WOULD MAKE WHEN LOOKING AT SIZES. ESPECIALLY WITH UK AND US SIZING.

The package arrived in a timely manner. Seller advertised that the package appeared to have some damage. I opened it and checked all parts and did observe a dent in the faceplate. I contacted delta for a replacement faceplate. The costs for the replacement faceplate were refunded by seller. Overall great experience and fast communication between myself and seller

Item as described. Seller indicated that they only had 1 of these. I contacted them to see if their store had more and was disappointed that I didn't receive a response. The price for these was the best I found. They arrived timely. Thanks seller but you owe your customers courtesy!
