There was a delay in shipping, but the item was delivered as described and the seller followed up when I questioned the timing. My only request for improvement would be to share the tracking info to the buyer to help eliminate the anxiety due to delays. I was waiting for 12 days past the estimated delivery date which was a long time to be in the dark.
