Item arrived safely but was poorly packaged—very little bubble wrap and torn brown paper bags used as filler. Purchased on 07/25/25; I had to message the seller on 07/29/25. They stated it would ship 07/30/25, but USPS shows it wasn't received until 07/31/25. Listing said 3 business days. Item was as described and fairly priced, but due to delays and poor packaging, I’d be cautious buying from this seller again.

The item was not packaged properly; the box arrived in shambles. The shipping cost $50, and the tip of the elephant figurine arrived cracked. The box should have been marked "Fragile" in red for safety, as the carrier is not careful with packages.
