Unfortunately, 3 of the 6 items were broken upon arrival. However, when I contacted the seller, they were very apologetic and issued a FULL refund. 5 stars for customer service! Seller turned what could have been a tough situation into a positive experience, despite the broken crystal. I'm impressed and would still buy from them again.
