Puzzle is exactly as described, great condition. Through no fault of your own, it finally arrived after 16 days. USPS sent it from Friendswood, TX to St. Louis, MO then back to North Houston, TX back to St. Louis, MO where it set for a few days. I went to our local post office and filed a complaint (they searched for 3 days then closed the case.) Finally, I received it today. Yaaayyy. Hopefully, the mail system will improve. I look forward to working with you in the near future.

Item arrived and is in great condition... would love for seller to be more communicative and ship on time. It says shipped on 1/17 but actual ship date 1/23. Still would buy from them again if they had an item I liked.
