This seller was absolutely amazing. My wife wanted this display mirror for Christmas display. The box came and it had "do not drop, Fragile package" stickers all over it. I noticed one end had the corners pushed in with a small hole. Not a good sign and obviously this package was either dropped or thrown. Mirror was busted.The seller was so awesome, I wrote them and got an immediate response a refund would come. Two days later Ebay lets me know full refund provided. Thank you So much!!!!!

I ordered 3 cross stitched items which arrived in excellent condition. Thanks for the partial refund on shipping! This is a seller who pays attention to detail as the items were separated by tissue paper to keep them clean in transit, as well as were cleaned and pressed. Basically they are ready for the project I have in mind--a first! Items were as described and well-made. Would not hesitate to order from this seller again should the need arise.
