Lovely customer service & communication. This is an adorable pin; I only wish it hadn’t suffered a USPS misadventure on its way to me. I know when the seller shipped my pin & it was well wrapped. Sadly, it arrived late & damaged; obviously it went through some trials with the USPS. As soon as I notified the seller they generously & quickly refunded my money for both the pinback and shipping. I was not expecting a refund, but I am super thankful. I’d shop here again. A+
