Other coordinating shams can be purchased to finish the look if you desire more than this one. Inside ties in all corners and middle of top and bottom to hold the insert in place. Button closure. The sham is a fold-over closure and could use a button or piece of velcro to keep it closed and tidy. Quality is like all PB duvets. Happy to answer questions or send additional pics.
