There are some permanent stains, and some of the stains can be washed away. Please check the photos. The dotted small stains are permanent. A few places near Embroidered area have some irregularities, probably due to the manufacture defects. Overall it is gently used. The whole duvet cover is very thick and heavy. The duvet alone weights around 8.5 pounds. The measurement for the duvet cover is 96" x 99". Sham cover measurement: 19.5" x 23.75" (NOT including the edges), or 23.75" x 27" (including the edges). C
