The packaging wasn't very good and the painting, which was done on matboard, was old and brittle (NOT the fault of the seller--just a result of age) and arrived cracked in half. The seller immediately refunded my money. I'd do business with the Gaileria again (I'll wager that the packaging will be better next time). Other than that, the price and shipping were more than fair.

My item came as described, I thought it was fairly priced. The packaging was good but it was missing a part, I reached out to the dealer and she got back to me and sent the missing part out right away!! Gail took care of it immediately, I was grateful for the ease of taking care of it.
