Can't say enough good things about this seller. Despite the no return policy, a replacement was sent immediately when the initial cartridge did not work (something that happens occasionally). What an ordeal. The seller is great. The USPS, not so much. Shipped quickly, then tracking fell apart and the package disappeared. Seller refunded $$ quickly. A month later it shows up. Intact. 1st time that has happened to me and so grateful the mugs finally arrived.
