The filling is made of 99 % cotton and 1 % other fiber . Please look at the listing's picture. The back of the sham / trim is a slightly different shade of Gray and material. The loose threads on the sham is part of the decoration and is only on one side. The size of this sham is 26 inches X 26 inches. Item as described. Only packed in plastic that had to be taped during shipping and had slits that exposed my quilt. Although no damage, this form of shipping is not recommended.
