Delivery was prompt. Crocs arrived in excellent condition, just as described. Price was fair. Overall, a satisfying transaction. Only one problem: although the size was correct according to the manufacturer’s fit chart, I was barely able to get them on and off my bare feet due to the design of the shoes themselves, so they are unwearable for me. So much for buying shoes without trying them on first…! May I return them for a refund?
