Wrapped well you can tell it's Pre-owned , but I'm satisfied took care about wrapping item,I received 2 other longenburger mugs from other sellers and they came broken,because they didn't wrap them write ..took a Lil long but again not SELLERS FAULT. Pre-owned is preowned and new is new ,GOOD PRICE! HAPPY! THANKS!
