Excellent seller! Very responsive, very fast shipping, and item very well packaged. Brand new item just as described. This is also a great machine. My first ice cream maker. Super easy to use (shout out to the seller answering all my questions!). Just made my first ever batch of ice cream. The texture is smooth and the taste top notch. The item was as described, however the photos could have been more detailed, especially about the gouge on the rim of the pan. The product was shipped promptly but the packaging could have been more secure, as one of the box flaps was open upon arrival. The product seemed intact in its bubble wrap so that was not a problem. Overall good experience.
