Experience overall was nuetral. Not much room for negotiations. I tried negotiating & seller said they'd take $200 or will be raising the price to $299. Seller did sell for I think it was $30 less than the original listing. That's probably to be expected on Ebay, hence nuetral. Other than that, the item showed up fairly quickly & was exactly as described. My son's face lit up when he saw it so I guess it was worth it. Seller was fast to respond to messages which is appreciated!

Items was in original box which the seller put inside another box with foam padding, ensuring it would arrive in good condition, which it did. Seller was prompt to ship the item, although the item took a very long time to get here, more than a week later than first predicted but this was not fault of the seller. Item was exactly as described. It was in brand new condition. I tested it this morning and it performed perfectly. $110 less than brand new was a GREAT value!

Shipping was fast, the packaging was great and the item was very well protected against damage during shipping, the items were exactly as described (like brand new), the item was beautiful and the value was excellent. It was like purchasing brand new only cheaper. I can’t wait to start decorating her room around it. I would definitely buy from her again, in fact, I’ll probably be ordering another Pottery Barn duvet cover from her in the future for my room.
