The set was just what I wanted but it arrived with a broken tray. I contacted the Seller who responded immediately. After discussing whether or not it was feasible to look for another Rae Dunn tray and try to ship it again, we agreed that a refund made the most sense and the Seller refunded the price immediately. I would order from her again. Very nice.

Sadly I received this package broken but I don’t blame the seller. It looks like everything was packaged well and there were multiple fragile stickers on the box. The seller responded to me quickly and refunded my money. It was a beautiful Christmas decoration and I would have proudly displayed it this year.
