Item is exactly as described. Not only was shipment and delivery quick but item was truly packaged with such amazing care! Not only in a shipping box, but in a smaller box which was inside of a beautiful gift bag and then the necklace was inside a sealed bag in the smaller box, with its original tiny bag with it! Thank you so much for this little cute shiny ring, I really do love it! It's very nice, and is exactly as described and shown on the pics. Was packaged very nicely and safely. I ordered a set of sheets and they were shipped out quickly. The package was very well protected including labeling the envelope with a "Caution" tape to avoid cutting into the sheet material. Item was new with tags and just as described in color and condition. I did send a prior message to the seller but did not receive a reply.
