It was an absolute pleasure to deal with this seller. They had a great piece for a great price. Glass murano toucan bird. In one of the pics it looked like there was a chip in the beak. And I didn’t notice until after i purchased. The description said brand new so I didn’t study the pictures. I reached out to the seller and they were absolutely amazing assuring me it was brand new and when they got home they would send me pics. They did just that. All was great.
