Excellent seller! Very responsive, very fast shipping, and item very well packaged. Brand new item just as described. This is also a great machine. My first ice cream maker. Super easy to use (shout out to the seller answering all my questions!). Just made my first ever batch of ice cream. The texture is smooth and the taste top notch. Not mentioning I get to control all the ingredients (all healthy fresh ingredients and no gums or any sort of garbage preservatives).

The item was as described, however the photos could have been more detailed, especially about the gouge on the rim of the pan. The product was shipped promptly but the packaging could have been more secure, as one of the box flaps was open upon arrival. The product seemed intact in its bubble wrap so that was not a problem. Overall good experience.

Item arrived exactly as described. It was in perfect condition, in the brand new box great communication with seller and the price was better than in stores. I would recommend this product to anyone. We accidentally broke our last one and could not live without it so we were happy to find it here.
