I want to be very clear about this transaction, as it's no fault of the seller about the issue we had on this purchase. This item was very well packaged, but was delivered broken when we opened the box. As unfortunate as it was, the seller was great in our communication to assist in a win win in a difficult scenario. I have posted pictures of the box, to show no fault of the seller. That's a BIG hole in a box marked "Fragile".

Excellent seller. I had to change shipping address to gift the purchase to a friend and the seller was very accommodating. Excellent communication too. Item was packaged well and my friend was delighted with the gown. More than reasonably priced too.
