The plates arrived in perfect condition thanks to the great packing done by the seller. The plates were double boxed and wrapped in plenty of bubble wrap. The packaging was outstanding and very professional. No one could do a better job. The seller knows how to pack china for shipping. The plates look great. This adorable little basket full of puppies was delivered to me today and the shipping was absolutely on time and perfect. The packaging was very well done, and my very delicate Lladró piece was completely protected. This piece was adorable in the photo that was presented and it is even more beautiful in person. Great purchase. Boots were as described in near new condition and a great price. Seller shipped within a day or two but the USPS operation was very unimpressive. Shipped the order from Missouri to Arizona, back to Missouri and finally back to Arizona to get it delivered. Took 7 days. This is in no way the sellers fault. I'm just not impressed with any of the shipping companies I've dealt with lately. I would absolutely purchase from the seller again.
