I am updating my feedback as the seller did reach out to me in order to fix the error. I intended to message her instead of posting the review first but for some reason Ebay wouldn t allow me to send a message via my phone. I am saddened that the mug broke via travel but it was packaged well enough that it should have arrived safely, however it did not but again the seller is willing to refund me. My dreams of matching Piper from Charmed will just have to wait to come true another day. Thank you

Product delivered was exactly as described. The packaging looked a little sketchy, but the fragile glass was in perfect condition, so the wrapping was ugly but effective. It seemed to take a bit longer than expected and the “status” was off by about a week, but it arrived and was intact - so no complaints.
