For price point I was disappointed when package arrived with broken leg piece of the saucer the warmer sits on. For my personal experience this is why I do not like to buy breakables from EBAY. I do not have time to send products back. May need to find another carrier or make sure items are very well secured. Positive is that I do not need the saucer to use it. Very pretty piece.

Super cute hoody! It was just as described. The shipping was fast and affordable, and the hoody was packaged nicely. Though (through no fault of the seller) it didn't work for me, the seller was eager and quick to make things right. Would definitely buy from this seller again:)
