I'm leaving positive feedback despite my reservations... This is my second purchase and both times I had to "Chase my purchase down" Seller uses some raggedy shipping company and the purchases are delivered in a plastic shipping envelope at the last minute... Boxes crushed... Thankfully Item wasn't damaged. Also, seller sends a bogus USPS tracking number when pressed for delivery info. and then is delivered by said shipping company. So kinda shady to say the least. Seller does communicate...

Leaving neutral feedback because the item did actually arrive, but it was late and only after I had contacted the seller multiple times. While they were very responsive, they failed to provide any tracking information as they stated they would. It was only after the delivery window had passed and I reached out multiple times that they actually shipped the item and provided tracking. The product arrived as described, but I will not be doing business with this seller again.

Good communication with seller. There was an issue with the description of the product which he fixed quickly in addition to offering a discount to make up for it. Although the shipping is free, you get what you pay for. The item was shipped in a thin plastic bag mailer and resulted in the figures packaging getting damaged most likely from other packages smashing it. I’d recommend they just charge a little to cover the cost of a box for the benefit of any collectors.
