Frequently Asked Questions Do you personalize / monogram these items yourself? ~No. I get these items already monogrammed from the Pottery Barn family of companies. I'm unable to personalize items. Do you have items from previous seasons? ~Yes! I've been selling these items for over 10 years and have some inventory from every Pottery Barn holiday season since then. Are these items new? ~Yes! They are kicked out of the PB system due to monogram errors (wrong color, wrong font, slightly off center, etc.) Are there any flaws? ~Occasionally there is a less than perfect monogram which is why I post close-ups of every monogram for you to see exactly what your buying. Are the tags written on? ~Yes, at least the can be. Most often I receive these items with the store tag lined through or written on to prevent in store returns. I get them this way.
