I'm unable to personalize items. Do you have items from previous seasons? ~Yes! We ship within 1-2 business days and offer the lowest cost shipping routes we can find. As the holidays get closer we will ship daily. Are these items new? ~Yes! They are kicked out of the PB system due to monogram errors (wrong color, wrong font, slightly off center, etc.) Are there any flaws? ~Occasionally there is a less than perfect monogram which is why I post close-ups of every monogram for you to see exactly what your buying. Are the tags written on? ~Yes, at least the can be. Most often I receive these items with the store tag lined through or written on to prevent in store returns. I get them this way.
