Terrible transaction for me. Their initial picture shows a perfect tree ornament, only to find out the later pictures show a tree ornament that's broken and destroyed. Why would they do that? Why would I even want to buy one that is like that? But no they don't want to return my money. I'm running into more and more sellers like this that never used to be here before. I've been with eBay for 25 years, purchased over 1000 items but feel this is a little devious.
