You may wonder how an item can be new but have a monogram removed. When PB makes a mistake on their monogramming such as wrong name on wrong item, wrong font, wrong font size, wrong color thread, etc. they cannot use the stocking. So even though it is new it is sent to the outlets and usually does not have a tag.
