These supplies emailed me a few weeks after placing my initial order letting me know my package still did not have a tracking number after being shipped. They QUICKLY sent me a new package that arrived 3 days after my email! They were super nice, helpful, and polite! This was a christmas gift so I was thankful the packaging was discret. ! I have no opened it fully but looks likes just as described half way pulled out! Worth the value for my boyfriend!

Great seller, we had some confusion where the USPS said it was delivered, but it was not. It magically showed up 2 days later (USPS fault, not sellers). Seller had great communication throughout. The actual faucet is very heavy, full brass- great fixture.

Price was a bit higher than I usually pay for item, but I’m quite sure that something is going on with this brand, I think it’s been bought out. I was happy to get it when I did. Arrived perfect, and fast! I would buy from this seller again
