Arrived apparently unopened (hard to say without comparing to another example), but had been damaged upon inspection. I wasn’t home when delivered so I didn’t accuse the shipping company or seller. Fortunately, the unit functions well and the cosmetic issues are not horrible. If it had been purchased locally, yes it probably would’ve been returned. The price was reasonable considering there were no shipping charges so I will say I’m satisfied. Nothing negative to say about the seller for sure.

Seller was very responsive to inquiries. Item arrived as described inside adequate packaging. Shipping time could be improved if it were upgraded to at least Priority Mail. Ground shipping with bare minimum insurance (doesn't cover value of item) and tracking to/from authenticator had me quite anxious until the valuable item arrived. Overall, it was a reasonable buying experience.
