Included in the set is the duvet, 2 euro and 2 standard shams. No inserts are included. All are new, in the original ribbons and unopened packaging. Note that the duvet no longer has the original retail hang tag affixed as it fell off at some point. However, the duvet has never been removed from the ribbon packaging. This is an absolutely striking duvet! It is getting difficult to find this pattern new with all of the shams anymore. As of the time of this listing being created, there were no others as a complete new package available on eBay. Don't hesitate - because once this sells, you most likely won't see it again! If I grant a return authorization, it will always be under these terms: 1) you will need to pay return shipping, 2) The item must be returned in the EXACT SAME CONDITION that it was shipped 3) initial shipping fees are not refundable & 4) the refund will be equal to the purchase price, less shipping, & less a 25% restocking fee. If any of these conditions are not met, the item will be returned to you and the refund forfeited. Expensive or rare items will be shipped out with a signature service. Should any damage of an item be incurred during shipping, it is the responsibility of the buyer to document the damage with clear picture for me to file a claim within 48 hours of receipt.
