Shipping on seller part was fine, the post office in FL was an issue.. not sellers fault.. packaging was perfect. The Squishmallow was just as described- Autumn with orange belly and purple bow and great quality finally arrived and in great condition! She took a trip around different states, was misplaced but found her way to me.. so very cute. Value worth the wait. Thank you!

The item never showed it shipped, so I contacted the seller. I got an immediate reply that they would look into it. I am assuming USPS lost package, but the seller had a new one first thing the next day for no charge. This time the package ended up in Hawaii. It eventuality arrived in good condition. USPS bad, seller good!
