Should you purchase an item and you are not satisfied with it, please email me directly, at the email listed in the PayPal payment receipt, to discuss the possibility of a return. If I grant a return authorization, it will always be under these terms: 1) you will need to pay return shipping, 2) The item must be returned in the EXACT SAME CONDITION that it was shipped 3) initial shipping fees are not refundable & 4) the refund will be equal to the purchase price, less shipping, & less a 25% restocking fee. If any of these conditions are not met, the item will be returned to you and the refund forfeited. Expensive or rare items will be shipped out with a signature service. Should any damage of an item be incurred during shipping, it is the responsibility of the buyer to document the damage with clear picture for me to file a claim within 48 hours of receipt. Document the damage with photos (pictures of exterior of the box where damaged, and pictures of broken item). Email me these pictures, along with a description of the damages.
