The item was exactly as described, no difference than if I took it out of a box I just bought in a brick-and-mortar store. This seller was fantastic because the post office really messed up, moving this package around the country but the seller immediately responded to my inquiries. In addition, even though the post office would not accept a claim the seller mailed me a 2nd item at their cost which of course I will return. I would buy from this seller again for sure.

The Santa ornament arrived in perfect condition. The ornament was well packaged and shipped fast. Seller had several pictures detailing the ornament and the box. I really appreciate the seller taking the time to do that. Did not have to ask if the price tag if the price tag was attached. I could see it in the pictures.
