First, the communication once purchase was made keeping me informed of the timeline to expect shipment and delivery. Also, it was sent express "free mail" and arrived in four days. Excellent! Unboxing found no issues/damage and the box was an original EGO and contained all necessary booklets and registration information. EGO is a high quality company and ToolUp.com gave a nice discount and was the best price I found online compared to Ace, Home Depot, Lowes and Amazon.
