received a listed. packaging wasn't really packaging per say, they did what I asked, but I thought it would be in another box, and not just wrapped in a plastic shipping bag, so it was torn in multiple places by the time it got to me, but it was fine. The muffler was new as listed in an unopened box. The value was great at $36 off of the magnaflow website price, so overall no complaints, just facts, and I would buy from them again. Thanks, I appreciate it.

The item itself appears to be well-made, and sturdy as much as I can tell without unwrapping it. And the reason that it is not unwrapped is because it is being returned, after going through FedEx shipping it looks like it went through World War II as the pictures will document. Aside from various scrapes and scratches one of the wheels is bent down and will not turn. Seller responded quickly and emailed return label. Packing was terrible.
