The item I originally pre-ordered turned out to not be available. Though disappointing (I knocked off 1 star), the merchant did reach out to me and let me know what the deal was and if I wanted to proceed with an alternative item. I received my alternative item today and it is exactly as described. The item quality was in mint condition with good packaging with bubble wrap and undamaged in shipping transit. I give an A- rating.
