The item came on time, though the tracking said delivered a few days before. I contacted the seller and an Amazon box came a few days later. They fit the air filter fine. Wrapped and clean and ready to go. I just didn’t want to give Amazon money…

I got a message that I was issued a refund then a few days later a message from USPS that the item was delivered. We however did not get a delivery. I'm confused to say the least and would appreciate an explanation.
