There is one very small hole about 1/4 inch wide where the cotton icing shows through but it is not on the displayed side so it is not seen, otherwise there are no tears or stains. SEE PHOTO. The quilt will arrive clean, washed, and smelling fresh. This sell includes only the quilt.
