Seller sent wrong size item, ordered a full size but was sent a queen size. Contacted seller and they replied quickly saying return shipping label would be sent but was never received. I decided to keep the larger bamboo mattress cover to use on another bed rather than return. Ordered correct full size cover from a different seller. Great deal, wrong size.
