My interaction with this seller was very satisfying, item had some missing parts probably from shipping carrier mishandling (the box was damage) but they solve this problem and we agree to a partial refund so I did avoid the repacking and going to a shipping store and I will be buying those parts with the refunded money and everybody is happy. The item was delivered on time and in great condition. The packaging was very organized and included instructions that were easy to follow.
