Seller gave an appreciated discount on the new pillow. Since shipping was $20 that help offset the cost a bit. Packing was well done. Shipping was immediate. Received before the Holidays. Items is as described with feather down, wool cover. The pillow was properly packed in a protective plastic bag so no damage. I love the RL Tartan Bear!
