Seller gave an appreciated discount on the new pillow. Since shipping was $20 that help offset the cost a bit. Packing was well done. Shipping was immediate. Received before the Holidays. Items is as described with feather down, wool cover. The pillow was properly packed in a protective plastic bag so no damage. I love the RL Tartan Bear! Great socks. Great communication. Very nice shipping box. The packaging is not something that makes much of an impression on me, but the tidy, unusual box is nice! I'll try out these socks and order more from this seller - highly recommended.
